Susan R. Hoffman has served Catholic School Management as a consultant and instructor in the firm’s summer certificate enrollment and development programs since 1994. She has spent the majority of her professional career in the field of institutional advancement serving a Catholic elementary school, a national Catholic non-profit organization, a leading K-12 independent school and a religious community-sponsored Catholic high school. As Assistant Director of Development for Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois, Assistant Director of Development at the Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, Illinois and Director of Development at Guerin College Preparatory High School in River Grove, Illinois, she created and implemented comprehensive development, communication, and enrollment programs designed to market those institutions for enhanced image, enrollment and resources. Sue has taught art at both the elementary and secondary school levels and served as creative director for the Ragan Outdoor Advertising Company in the Quad City area of Illinois and Iowa.
Sue earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Art and English from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, where she was a Presidential Scholar for four years and earned graduate credit in secondary school education at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. Her professional memberships have included the Alumni Program Council of Chicago, the Chicago Archdiocesan Development Council, the Chicago Area Annual Giving Roundtable, and the National Society of Fund Raising Executives. She served the Archdiocese of Chicago as a scheduler for the Northwest Side Recruiters Association. Sue gives her time, energy and expertise as a volunteer to her elementary school, high school, college and parish communities.
Sue serves Catholic School Management and its clients in areas of comprehensive development, annual giving, enrollment management, communication, marketing and strategic management programs.
