Meet the Staff - Aline P. Norwood
From 1978 to 1985, Mrs. Norwood served St. Cecilia Catholic School, Broussard, Louisiana, as Development Director, Executive Director of Foundation, and classroom teacher. Professional experience also includes Research/Marketing Assistant for the Exxon Corporation. Mrs. Norwood holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and has pursued continuing education in areas of legal research, advanced development, grantsmanship, conflict management, and business communications. Mrs. Norwood serves Catholic School Management and its clients on a part-time basis, specializing in comprehensive development programs, marketing programs, student recruitment programs, annual giving programs, and capital campaign feasibility studies. Aline P. Norwood currently serves as Development Director for Teurlings Catholic High School, Lafayette, Louisiana. Prior to assuming this position in 1997, Aline served as Director of Development for St. Thomas More Catholic High School, in Lafayette. Since 1985, the year the school opened, Aline has built a successful comprehensive development program at St. Thomas More, including extensive communications and marketing programs, coordination of all fundraising programs, student recruitment and retention programs, annual giving and endowment growth programs.
