Holy Trinity Catholic School (www.holytcs.org), Grapevine, Texas, a vibrant and student-centered PK4 through grade 8 elementary school community, located in the Diocese of Fort Worth, is searching for an energetic and visionary President to lead and inspire into the future. This exciting and fulfilling position, new to the school, requires a confident, experienced and faith-filled leader who is a strategic thinker and planner, has exceptional communication skills, and is collaborative and future oriented.
Applicants must be members in good standing of the Catholic faith. Additionally, careful attention to the Catholic identity and Catholic character of Holy Trinity Catholic School is a must. The successful applicant will be a respected and experienced individual who believes in Catholic education and is able to demonstrate a commitment to the vision and mission of the school. He/she must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be a team builder, possess a vision for growth and be a person of moral integrity. Experience in instituting and implementing change is a plus for an applicant.
A successful candidate for this new position will understand and embrace the President-Principal model of Catholic school administration. He/she will work in concert with the Principal to achieve the school’s greatest potential. Building strong relationships with the Diocese of Fort Worth, the school’s three supporting parishes, and the regional community in order to move the school forward is a must.
Additionally, the new President of Holy Trinity Catholic School will demonstrate:
- Expertise in all aspects of financial management;
- Strategic planning and implementation skills;
- Ability to increase enrollment;
- Experience in institutional development, including marketing, public relations, and fundraising;
- Exceptional organizational/management skills;
- Ability to build relationships within both the church and civic communities;
- Flexibility and diplomacy.
The successful President must project a professional image and be the voice and promoter of Holy Trinity Catholic School in the regional community and beyond. He/she will be able to articulate the vision, mission, and distinct Catholic identity of the school to its many publics. Building a high level of trust and respect is a critical dimension of the position. An effective leader who possesses a proven track record in the above-stated executive leadership/management areas will be a strong candidate for this position.
In order to be considered for this rewarding opportunity, applicants must exhibit a strong business background, hold an academic degree, and demonstrate successful experience in areas closely related to the advertised position. A Masters degree is preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Preferred starting date is July 1, 2012.
